The staff at Jeff Gordon were wonderful. I had never had to have a car repaired before and they walked me through everything step-by-step, kept me well informed, and were happy to answer any questions promptly. Jeremy Fairfax went way out of his way to work with Hendrick Toyota so I could have my service and car fixed all at the same time. Jeremy is a great Estimator and will go that extra mile for the customer which I really appreciate and that’s why I have been working with Hendricks Since 2016 since I moved from New York State. I deal with the Toyota and Jeff Gordon sides of Hendricks and I have my go to people that I only deal with and there family and fabulous people.

Jim Scrimale was very effective and helpful in seeing that our truck received excellent service for the damage to its rear end.
