On June 19, 2026, I was involved in a car accident on Savannah Highway. On June 20th, I went to Henrick Collision Center upon the recommendation of the BMW Service Department in Charleston. I arrived without an anppointment and was introduced to Abby Kerns. She was kind enough to work with me on the spot. She was professional, caring, and thorough as she looked over my car with me. I live in Blythewood. SC and explained that I needed my car back as soon as possible. During the process of repairing my car, Abby constantly communicated with my husband, Jeff, keeping us fully informed of the progress being made. My car was repaired and returned to me on June 30th thanks to the diligent and excellent work of Abby and her team. My car looks brand new. If it were possible to give Abby a rating higher than a 10, I would. She made a very challenging time much easier. I felt truly cared for. Thank you, Abby - you were truly a blessing! Dionne

Our accident occurred when a herd of deer ran across the road at 4:00 am and one deer slammed into car. Since we have a 2025 Lexus 350 TX, we didn't want to take it just anywhere. We contacted Hendricks Luxury Collision and we had an appointment within a couple days. Although we had to drive 2 1/2 hours, it was totally worth it. Kristen was the Best. She stayed in constant contact with us the whole time our car was in the shop. When she was busy, Stephanie answered all our questions. We felt totally comfortable with the two of them looking out for our interest, even with our insurance company. Kristen fought for us with our insurance sending emails until she got a response, cc-ing us on all emails. What a service they provide. Thanks again, Kristen and Stephanie!!

they did a great job on my truck and actually saved me a lot of money by looking at alternatives instead of just getting new parts. Their staff is excellent and courteous and did a great job keeping me updated throughout the process. I hope I don't have to but if I do, defiantly going back to Hendrick!!!
