Paul was great from start to finish. He kept me in the loop with how things progressed and if there were things that came up out of his control (delivery of parts, etc.) he kept me informed on what the status would be or the anticipation of what the outcome would be. Very happy with Henry’s and my experience using them. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their automobile.

Paul and the workers in his shop did amazing work. Paul made a repair that most wouldn't think could be done. He worked with the insurance company to work out the details and with suppliers to get the right parts. It was a complex job, but they did it. It was very complex, but he knew what to do from the start, when he first gave the estimate and worked with the insurance company. he made sure to explain all the steps and went out of his way to make sure that the repair was a success,
