I was involved in an accident on July 31, 2026. Within 20 minutes of being hit, I was on the phone with Herrin Gear Collision Center. I knew I wanted Lexus trained technicians to complete the work. Danielle was amazing - she assured me from the first call that she was going to take care of me, and she did! She walked me through the process, gave me advice on how to deal with the insurance company, and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. Danielle was transparent in how long she believed repairs would take so I was not anticipating a “quick fix”. She paid attention to detail - even when that meant a delay in returning my car because she was not satisfied with the initial paint job and had them repaint it. I could have “complained” that the repair was not finished more quickly, but I am much more thankful that I had someone committed to seeing that the job was done correctly. I am very pleased with the quality of the repair work done by Herrin Gear and would highly recommend them. I just hope I don’t need their services again for a very long time…always watch out for the other guy!☺️
