POC strives to provide them with continuous training in the areas of new equipment, ASE and I-Car certifications. As part of the standard operating procedures for POC, methodical repair planning is paramount to our processes in ensuring a full scope of accuracy. There were multiple delays due to communication difficulties, wrong parts, more work that needed to be done. Frustrating. The communication via texts regarding the progress of the work was quite good.

The estimate was incomplete/missed things. This led to delay in repair, miscommunication with insurance company. Incorrect parts were received (shop contends it was vendor error). Again, delayed repair. Ultimately, repair was quite satisfactory.
