Some Scratches on the door that was replaced and window doesn't comer up or down, the vehicle was for good amount for repairs, we can't believe the vehicle was inspected prior delivery. I'm still waiting for response from the shop.

We always receive great service at Heyward Allen Toyota. The body shop did a great job in repairing my 2018 Lexus. I entrusted them to handle the repairs instead of a Lexus dealership. The customer service is exceptional. Chuck and his staff are great, friendly and dependable.. .the best!!!

I would never recommend anyone to Heyward Allen collision center. I am working with upper management to get a resolution for the poor quality job that was performed on my vehicle that is only 6 months old.

The workmanship was poor quality, my vehicle has swirls and scratches, the section repaired has scratches and rough sections in the metal and fish eyes in the paint. My vehicle has paint dust inside and my new cargo mat is ruined with paint dust. I should have taken my vehicle to a collision repair center near my home.
