I have had problems with fuel vacuum system through a code ever since they had bed off of truck. They replace a hose and truck is still showing a code that there is a small leak.

The work done was top notch, as it always is from this shop. However, there was a small very superficial scratch from a "keying" incident that was previously painted over but not filled about a foot away from the dent being repair. So, it was still faintly visible. It was on the same panel that was going to be sanded and painted. I asked that it be filled and sanded before painting to be sure it was made invisible. The garage insisted on charging me an additional $65, for what could not have been more than 5-10 minutes work, over and above the $2,100 being paid by my insurance company. The $65 is insignificant but this should have been handled as an insignificant courtesy while the work was being done. I raise the issue as solely as a matter of principle. This is poor customer service for a garage that takes such prize in the work they do.

Good repair, inexperienced techs placing the door badges in incorrect spots and didn’t notice until I the customer pointed it out. On top of that, zero communication from office to customer. Took over a week longer than quoted and would not speak with me unless I called and forced them to tell me what’s going on. Will not return to H&H collision!

Had damage done by a storm at my daughters place by a Tree and you guys went up and beyond fixing the outside . My wife was totally shocked that the car came back detailed inside and out. Thanks again! Definitely would go back !!!

Did a great job on my vehicle had damage from the wind and rain storm. When I went to pick it up it was all washed and cleaned so shiny it looked new. Receptionist was so nice and friendly she was amazing. Thank you to the Collision Center
