The work was good and Casey was great. My only complaint was I had an appointment set up and my truck sat in the shop the entire day with it being worked on after being told it would be done in a day. I had to get a loaner car and pick my truck up the next day. I had to change plans because of this. Just a reminder that the customers time is important to just like yours.

They did not have any type of communication i always had to call in the find things out and they kept telling me at least 3 times that my car would be done but then kept changing it and not telling me things when I would call and sounded very annoyed with me when I would call.
