I picked Higbie Collision as it was one of the choices my insurance company gave me and they’ve been in business for a long time, plus they were close to my job which made drop off and pickup easier for me. Everyone at the front desk was attentive, knowledgeable and thorough, they arranged pickup and return for a rental car, and the mechanic explained all the work that needed to be done, and how long it would take. They also guarantee their work for the lifetime of the car, which is top notch customer service. You can tell they take good care of their customers, whether first timers like me, and repeat customers. It’s great to see a business that takes pride in what they do.
