Would have been a 10 but for one thing. There was some rust on the fender that I would have had you fix if I had known it was only a "couple of hundred" more. It would have been easy to do at the same time. Now I suspect it will cost more to do it as a separate job.

Just that I wish you had offered the additional work as an option and given my the price at the time. I asked after the main job had been completed and was surprised the price would be so low for the additonal work.

the staf was great, there was an issue with the repair that was identified after the repair was complete and the staff took ownership of the issue and corrected it quickly. there was great communication with the staff and i felt like i was always informed.
