Overall service was very good. My only issue was I received a text notification that my car was ready for pick up. So, I went to ick it up about 2+ hours later, and they seemed surprised to see me. The car still was not ready. They said they still needed to wash it, which took forever & made me late getting my son to baseball practice. I had to ask them to skip the vacuuming. But Adam is very wonderful and personable, so I want to be sure to highlight him as a bright spot.
