Given the climate of everything going on, personnel shortage, weather restraint, work load, it is understandable to experience delays, and minor setbacks. This all does not coincide with what expectations a customer may have when their vehicle goes in for repair. It is extremely likely for any individual to look forward to seeing their vehicle returned to them looking just as it once was.

They did a good job overall but the new tailgate that was installed did not have the bed coating protection my original tailgate had.
