It was not acceptable that it took two weeks to fix. a dent in a door. You should not take a car in unless you have the correct, non-damaged parts to repair the vehicle in house. I would preferred to have my car to drive until High Tone was completely prepared to fix it. Blaming Land Rover didn't make High Tone look any better.
