They did a great job on the repair. I also appreciate how hard they worked and pushed to get parts and finish people available so that my repair was done as quickly as possible because they knew how important that was to me. Also staff was lovely to deal with!

My love runs deep for Melissa, Jake, and all of their employees. They look out for you, even when your car is no longer with them. When I went to pick up my car this morning, I found out that they had not only washed and vacuumed my car but also had warmed it up for me before I got there. Usually, when going to High Tone it is under stressful circumstances, but I am always greeted with open and caring arms, always.

I got into an accident with a deer. High Tone was amaaaazing to work with! I made the claim online and then the next day had the wonderful people at High Tone fix my Jeep up a bit so I could drive it for a couple days before turning it in for repairs. The whole time my Jeep was in the shop, they kept me in tune with what was going on and the scheduled time that it would be fixed. Jeep looked perfect when I picked it up and on to of it all, Jeep was detailed and sooo fresh and clean! Loved working with High Tone!!! Best in ALL the valley!!
