I only give this rating because of the glaring omission of the broken windshield and hood. This was so obvious and plain after 5 weeks I felt rising frustration. I like the people at High Tone and when completed am satisfied with their work.

Prompt response to the claim and submitting the estimate to USAA. Communicated when extra broken parts hidden in the damage were found and had to be ordered and delayed the initial expected date to be finished. Nice work on paint repair. Staff we polite and pleasant to deal with in the office.
