I would never want anyone to go through what I experienced. I am later back and it doesn’t take a whole lot. It’s ashamed because I had a great experience years ago.

Took 5 months— horrible communication. Did not return phone calls. I sad to physically go face to face to find out that what was happening with my car. When I finally expressed my frustrations, no customer service skills or a sorry it took so long or any understanding. The immaturity and lack of follow through extremely poor. Will NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. Super disappointed from my previous experience years ago. New management that do not care will ruin a business. 😞

The car looks absolutely perfect and the color match is incredible. The only thing is when I roll down my driver side window it makes a clicking sound. Communication between High tone auto body and myself was very clear and I appreciated all of their help.

Took 4 weeks to do repair on minor scratch and dent on one door panel. Also appeared to my untrained eye that it was way too expensive. If an older car it would be to totaled with an $6000 repair bill
