Customer service was fine but attention to details were missing. First pickup the mirror was not installed correctly so had to turn around and leave the car there to be worked on again. Second pickup everything worked as expected but interior door panel had greasy fingerprints everywhere it was touched during reinstall.

I love the repair work that you did for the insurance claim it is fantastic! I’m a little bummed that I asked if you could take care of the scrape on my driver’s mirror while you were working on the front and you said yes, but nothing was done to it. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied.

This has been one of the easiest transactions that I have ever experienced, from start to finish. All I did was drop my car off, sign a paper, and picked it up on the other end.
