There are good and bad things about our experience. Our vehicle is fixed and hopefully we won't have any more issues. I wish the vehicle would've been ready when they said it would be and give us updates sooner when they realized they weren't going to finish it in time. Overall it was a decent experience. We never expected the work to take a whole week but they found more damage when they removed the bumper. Glad to have it finished up and back at home. Thanks for the work you did.

The repair was supposed to take 1 day. Instead it took 8 days. They said they would notify us if there were any delays in picking up our vehicle at 5 pm on Friday. No one ever called us to tell us the vehicle wasn't ready. My husband called when he got off work at 415 pm and they said the vehicle wouldn't be ready until Monday. Poor communication.

I explained in the last comment it would've been nice before 415 pm when we had to call them on Friday to figure out that they weren't completing our vehicle and we would have to go all weekend without our family vehicle.

The staff honesty and integrity was amazing! They found a very realistic looking, but fake, $100 bill I had forgot about and put it out of site and left me a note where it was! Most people would've kept it.
