I was told 4 different dates on when it would be ready. I did not receive a phone call at all about updates or if it would be ready. I had to call every time to get an update. The date it was supposed to be ready would come with no phone call. I would call the next day. I was told two times I would receive a phone call back and did not. Very Very poor communication skills. That should not happen. As a customer, I should not be the one trying to get updates and find out why it’s not ready. I’m glad the service to the car was much better than customer service.
