I was skeptical abt this place bc I have never heard of them b4. However, Hightower Collision was top tear! Kept us in the loop all the way through the process! And the finish process was beyond believable, my car came out absolutely beautiful they did an amazing job and beyond my expectations! My car looked better when they got finished than it did when I bought it. If I could give them a 100 out of 100 I wld and I will be returning if I ever need word done on any of my vehicles. I absolutely recommend them.

I appreciate the customer we received from beginning to end. From Ricky calling to check on me as soon as they got the claims information to the quick but very good work they did to fix our door! Hopefully we will not have a reason to need an auto body shop again but it we do it will definitely be Hightower Collision! It took a little longer than expected. I was told it was Kia's fault sending parts slowly. IDK? Ricky and the staff were very friendly. Also I have a noticeable bubble in the paint right where the repair was done.
