You guys went way above what I expected. Im a mechanic and a car guy. I normally can find something I don't like when I've had other bodyshops do repairs that I'm not crazy about, but I can't complain at all about the quality of work yal done. The staff was always friendly. Happy to answer my questions to where I felt sure of what was going on. I feel confident that had it not been totaled I would’ve had satisfactory repairs. I would definitely use y’all in the future should I need too.

I truly appreciated that Hightower Collision took charge as soon as I dropped my truck off. All repairs were completed quickly. Also, the finished product was professionally done and looked amazing. I appreciated the updates I received. Everyone i came in contact with was very friendly and I felt confident in their services when I dropped my truck off. I am very pleased. Hopefully, I won't need a body shop anytime soon, but when/if I do, Hightower Collision will be my go to!
