Astounding work and customer care. I thought I would have to drive to Boston to have my German car repaired adequately, after a tree crushed it. Now, I am confidant that the quality of work would have been worse ANYWHERE else! My 8 year old car looked absolutely like it was still on the showroom floor. Amazing. Technically speaking, I had doubts that all of the complexities of fiber optic coupled thingmajigs hanging down forlornly and unattached to front & back windshields would all work, but THEY ALL DO! Most important of all is the extremely rare and positive quality of the owner, Scott. And, no, I am not a part of his big family - I can only say that I would be honored to have Scott as a friend.
