Customer Service is key to me. It's lacking here.I was expecting a call on a Monday to bring in my car as I was told by the employee and come Wednesday I called because I hadn't heard anything. I was given an hours notice to pick up my car when it was done. I had to call earlier in the week to find out how it was going as Id heard nothing. The next day had I not called to find out how late I could pick up I wouldn't have known they closed early. I also had to take it upon myself to look at the work because the employee was busy opening the gate for me to leave. I then returned because part of my wheel was missing only to find it in my trunk. The whole experience was lacking of good customer service.

I know that Onik will take care of me any and everytime I have an autobody repair need. He has never fallen short of precision at anytime I needed his services and I am always confident that my automobiles will be repaired to like new condition everytime and in a timely fashion. Hilton Autobody and Collision Center is one of the best autobody repair shops on Earth.
