We used to bring our cars to Hoffman. Service department manager not to my liking, so we haven’t come in years. When I communicated with Tyrell about my dissatisfaction, I did NOT hear back from him. That ended our relationship and I purchased a new car elsewhere! I would absolutely recommend Hoffman body shop if the folks were coming through AAA.
