I have used Holcomb Collision before and had a very positive experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, based on this most recent experience, I would not recommend them at this time. The repair to my front bumper was completed well, but when my vehicle was washed, a separate area of paint on the back of my vehicle was removed. I understand they cannot be responsible for previous repairs done by someone else, but this was not the same area that had been repaired before and it was not an existing open spot when I brought my vehicle in. The previous small repair area was still fine; this was a completely different area that was affected. The only resolution offered was painting over the spot in black, but the manager even acknowledged that this was not a permanent fix and that the paint would likely continue to crack. I was disappointed that the concern was not properly addressed, especially since I had trusted them based on my previous positive experience. I hope this feedback helps improve how these situations are handled in the future.

So far everything seems satisfactory. They were nice during this experience. The only thing that I wished had been a little better was the communication. It started out good and then we stopped hearing anything for weeks. Just a quick “no change this week” or “ still waiting for parts” text would have been much appreciated.
