I was told to drop my car off Monday first thing for repairs to begin. I dropped it off early over the weekend so it would be there. I was notified that it did not actually get started on until Wednesday. I got a text that it was on schedule to be completed on the 30th. I didn't get a call that it was ready until the 1st of August. This was due to two sets of door trim being broken during reasssembly. Delays cost me 5 extra days of car rental.

Upon the first day of drop off my husband was told to expect the repairs to be completed in a month, although we had to wait over a month for an appointment. I felt that a month was excessive. I called the service department and was told at what stage my vehicle was at and when to expect it. I was contacted beforehand to inquire about a specific part. I liked the fact that there was communication. My vehicle was ready before scheduled time and I liked that as well. The job was done well.

Everyone who I dealt with was extremely kind and helpful. They were super quick and did an amazing job making my car look new again. Holcomb was by far the most stress free part of this whole insurance claim and I can’t thank them enough for how they handled everything. I would 100 percent recommend them for any body work you need done!!
