So professional and helpful!! Bailey was always the one that answered the phone and she was AMAZING! Actually explained to me the claims/insurance process better than the actual insurance company! Also, got daily text updates on my vehicle and my vehicle was ready 4 days earlier than expected.

They handled everything for me and the repair to my car looks great so far. Thank you! The only reason for leaving a 9 instead of 10 is because when my car was returned, there was a warning light on the dash—I thought they would have handled that before releasing my car. The next day, it was obvious why the light was on: the air pressure on 2 of my tires was low and 1 of them went flat right after. (I can’t know if this was due to anything from Holcomb’s end or if it was because of the weather, however. We had abnormally low temperatures for a few days which I know can cause issues with tire pressure.)
