Was happy to pick up the car, but within two hours became aware of a loud clanking on rough pavement or at bumps, and 24 hours later a variety of dashboard warning lights began blinking on. A local repair shop(I am 3 hours distant from Holder) found a loose stabilizer rod and faulty wiring of several sensor. I was not happy to pay $35 extra in labor costs for these problems, which were repaired by the local auto shop.

Good customer service--- especially the periodic messages with updates. And I liked Mr. Holder--- polite, responsive and eager to please. But I would have been happier had the job been given a better final trouble-shooting.
