Too early to tell what long range of "quality" for the paint repair and the replacement of window regulator will be! I asked to have motor and regulator of window done all at one time instead of returning to have motor (window) replaced again and being charged for labor again.

I was a little frustrated at the comments from staff that they were sad for the person who actually hit me (and drove off). Also, the awful cinnamon spray/air freshener gave me a headache and I can't get rid of the smell.

I always have a good experience when dealing with the people at Holm Automotive. When dealing with insurance claims requiring a body shop I always request to be sent to Holm. Always friendly professional and very competent at what they do.
