I didn’t have much luck with the shop. But their work is 100% backed. They took responsibility for it and that is key to continuing a business relationship.

My vehicle was “repaired” 2 times, 2 times I was told it was ready for pick up and 2 times my car was not repaired or safe to drive. On the 3 time is was in the shop it was determined that my car was totaled. This took 3 weeks. They were accommodating, lended me a vehicle to get to and from work while my vehicle was being serviced. The shop was very open with communication. For convenience purposes I did buy another vehicle from them. Being their work is backed 100% backed by the shop, you will never drive away from the shop without your vehicle being road worthy.
