November 3, 2025, Hi, once again I called on Jamie to help wife and I out with the wife 2025 GMC Truck 1500 Denali it was hit. I gave Jamie a call and asked him to help set-up an appointment with Holm body repair shop. Plus we also needed a rental or loaner auto. Jamie picked up the wife truck and drop off a nice SUV for the wife to drive until she got her truck back after being repaired. Zoey was outstanding to work with. Clearly communicated throughout the entire process of dealing with insurance. Car was scheduled for next week but they inspected and dealt with insurance a week ahead of time. Car was totaled after further damage was found but she made the process easy to work with

Customer needs to be given notice vehicle done BEFORE tell insurance company done they stop payment on rental before customer even knows My repairs look amazing and staff very friendly!!
