This was our first experience with the collision center at Holm Automotive in Abilene Kansas. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the process. Miranda, Zoe and Haley were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly at each encounter. And the body shop personnel completed all of the work to make our vehicle look like new again. We are very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend the Collision Center at Holm in Abilene.

However, if dealing with the current lead personnel in the body shop office, I would advise them to contact the body shop office daily or more frequent to ask about everything regarding the claim, repair progress, and any changes different from what you are initially told.

Results of PDR on my vehicle's hail damage was superb. Gary Hasselman is great to deal with and was excellent providing oversight of the claim and the agreed upon repairs

Lead personnel in body shop office could improve on communication/customer service skills. I was told my car would be fully repaired in two days. It hadn't been repaired at all and I had not received a phone call. Lead personnel in body shop office also attempted to more than double my hail claim without my knowledge. When I spoke to them about both of these issues, they were more interested in looking at their computer monitors than to stop and look at me and give me their attention. Only when I raised my voice did they adequately respond.
