It took an awfully long time to get it back after such a small accident. The personnel were always polite and cooperative.

The exterior work is beautiful and I am very pleased with that but I noticed the whole interior had a thin layer of dust everywhere From behind the front seats to the rear all dust. It looks as if the whole outside of the car was detailed. But the interior was left a mess. I had things in my car taken out and put back as if nobody cared where they went Even the lower storage in the rear was emptied of its contents. Things were scattered all over the inside. I didn’t mind it at the time because I was happy to get my car back and the body work was beautiful except for The attentiveness to detail on the inside. That was very poor. I’m sure tape and plastic sheeting was used for controlling overspray on the painting outside. The inside is important too

My repair, although minor, was more involved than I initially thought. John and the rest of the staff did an amazing job keeping me informed along the way. They were extremely thorough and detailed, so the repair looks fantastic. I'm very happy with the results. Thank you.
