The email updates do nothing to update the customer. I still had to call to find out if it was done. The “completed” notification did not come until the next day.

I had previous work experience at a rental car company but this was the first claim I’ve ever filed on a car, so while I was familiar with the process, hadn’t actually gone through it myself. Based on friends’ experience at Holmes and other places in town, I went with Holmes. From the get go you were patient and informative over the phone, assisted me through the estimate and filing a claim, and were honest and communicative about repair times. The work quality is amazing itself, but I was appreciative of the genuinity in service too. Thank you!
