quality of repair is rated at 1 for a body shop that was recommened by insurance company.first off. my completion date was jan. 8 i didnt get the call on the 8th stated that car is not yet finished.. i got the car 1 week after the promised. date. i pick up car with many faults. missed align hood, fender headlight. paint drips and over sprayed. multiple error codes. needs an alignment for front end. steering wheel has a noise. i bought car back second time and all these were promised to be address. they never. did. paint error were fixed by using touch up methods. paint over spray still present. wheel is stll misaligned. steering noise still present. plus others error. a comment by the estimator that was handling by claim was " your car is not a ferrerai nor mercedes. its a vehicle that came off a production line and mass produce so it not going to look like the same car yeat make and model to your. my problem still exist.

I asked for a detailed copy of the estimate to repair my vehicle numerous times during the course of one month, but never did get it. The Body Shop Estimator said his scanner was broken. I suggested that someone else must have a scanner at that location, but I still never received it until I picked up the vehicle a month later.
