Susie was a pleasure to work with. Very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and supportive. She took the stress out of the trauma of a collision. My car looked great! The one very unlikely is coming from my experience. The prior experience I had at this body shop was grade a my experience. This last go around was not it. I would not recommend Honda world Westminster going forward. I would not have any work done at Honda world Westminster going forward I would much rather choose an other professional body shop that solely focuses on repair work not a dealership/body shop/service center. I think I would go with just a recommended AAA approved body shop.

There was a few things that could have been replaced and I felt weren’t really given the detail or put in to be replaced. Ultimately my AC I was told was not working when it was working fine prior to the accident. I’m still in the process with AAA in determining whether it was caused by the accident or was already an issue in decline? But I feel from Honda world‘s body shop side and the AAA adjuster that works with Honda world they just hit me with a brick wall response and put it in my hands to get it diagnosed but aside from that the repairs themselves I would rate it a five out of 10.

Tina was great. George was Soso. I feel like there was more that could’ve been done that wasn’t really pushed. I went with Honda world Westminster because I had taken my car there previously and the service was great from start to finish. I don’t know the ladies name that helped me in assisted me along the way this was a few years ago, but the service was night and day compared to this last unfortunate trip
