They Gave me my vehicle back incorrect, all the repairs are not flush, the bumper is not flush and has Chips on the paint, the hood is misaligned, my engine is now shaking vigorously, my transmission jolts everytime it changes gears. My vehicle is brand new! My vehicle was not like this before the accident! Now I'm going to be without a vehicle for another what month? I would never recommend this body shop to anyone after this experience they took an entire month just to give my vehicle back unfinished with uncompleted work aswell as misalignment and my car shaking. This is a brand new vehicle and now after being rescheduled by George 3 times, I'm going to have to go another what couple weeks, a month without a vehicle, this is affecting my life, my work.

My visit was handled very professional, the staff from this particular department (body shop), was extremely helpful and informative. They are my #1 to recommend. Unlike their service department (service advisors), that apparently needs more training. I called Parts & Service and asked for a 2019 Odyssey van battery. They looked it up and YES they had the battery. Great! I then called service to make an appointment to install the battery and was assured by the service advisor they had the battery and to come right in about 9 am. Well after waiting in the lobby for the battery installation (2-1/2 hours), I spoke to the service advisor who was frantically looking for her lost lunch from grub hub and would get back to me soon. When I insisted on the status she told me the Forman might of told her earlier but that she didn’t understand him and that he should have notified me. Then service advisor also mentioned that the battery was never there and offered me her left over lunch. I asked for my van keys and left 20 minutes later! I was so disappointed and confused of what had happened, I quickly called Norm Reeves Huntington Beach that same day and they installed the battery plus other service work within an hour.
