To be honest, my first experience with your shop was when my Chevy Malibu was totaled and you charged me $1,600 for storage fees while I was haggling with Allstate. I was particularly angry about that because that money came out of the settlement towards a new vehicle. I almost didn't come back because of that. But because of the convenience of the shop's location and the other shop choices, I used you again. This time I had a much more pleasant experience. The repairs on my Hyundai Sonata were done very professional with no corners cut. There were just two dust particles that got caught in the paint where I was told to come back in 2 weeks when the paint settles and they'll buff it out. The car was detailed when I picked it up. And it took just under 2 weeks to complete. I was also given a lifetime warranty on the repairs. Very satisfied with this job and Mike who walk me through the whole process.

I've been taking my car to get serviced at Honestly auto motive for years. Why? They know what their doing when it comes to vehicle repair, body work, customer service, you name it, they fix it. And I have no complaints, ever. Manny is the owner, his great, will listen, and take great care of your vehicle. The front desk customer service, is awesome, essentially, Mike. Actually, everyone is so professional, and kind. The mechanics, get the job done. Also, they take good care of you, their prices are fair as well. Honestly auto motive is where I take my vehicle for all my repairs. They always take great care of me. Especially when I have an emergency. All I have to do is call Mike, he's great. All the Mechanic technicians are fabulous. They get your vehicle up and running with no problem, they get the job done. The owner, Emanuel is great, he definitely will work with you and he is very understanding.
