First impressions are lasting ones. Several years ago, I took my car to Hopkins Auto Body for repairs. At that time, I decided this was the body shop I would recommend due to their excellent repair work and customer service. Recently, I took my car to them again for some auto repairs and was very pleased with the results of the work performed. They treat their customers like friends. Co-Owner Jake Moser was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, fair, and customer focused. He made sure that everything was seamlessly handled with my insurance company. Office Manager Jennifer was personable and gave outstanding customer service. Jeff kept me up-to-date on the repair process and explained everything that was done. He was personable, knowledgeable, thorough, with a positive attitude. He and others did a great job working on my car. When picking it up, I was pleased to see that it was cleaned and detailed, and looking like it was brand new. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with Hopkins Auto Body‘s auto repair work, and its customer service. Thank you!

I was disappointed the interior of my truck was not well cleaned.well washed. The floor mats were not washed and the outside was still dirty. It looks like it was just run through a cheap car wash
