There is trash in the paint a blemish in the paint on the hood and exposed primer on the leading edge of the drivers side door skin, 12 weeks is an excessive and unjustifiable amount of time for this repair

Repair was fine. The fact you had my car for 3 weeks was unforgivable. I could have been driving it instead of my sisters gas hog while waiting on parts. I really don’t believe the stories of having 4 damages hoods. I think you were understaffed and overbooked. My car was sitting in the lot until about 2 days before I got the only call I ever received telling me it was ready. I called every Tuesday for an update… to hear waiting on parts or it’s in the shop…
