Repair was done faster than expected. Bump and scratch looks as good as new( like it never happened). They also washed and waxed my vehicle. So so happy and recommending to all my neighbors

I brought my car in on 9/16 because my car was having trouble starting. Frankie knew right away what the problem was so just to be for sure he instructed me to leave the car so the techs can diagnose it. Frankie gave me a call stating it was the battery knowing in my mind prior I thought it was worse. He gave some good prices on a good battery and I immediately gave him the ok to install it. The reasoning for me saying this I went to 3 shops before i walked into Howard’s and each one were saying either it was the ignition switch fuel pump or transmission. I was so furious because I know how each will give out for them to tell me that. Frankie gave me an honest answer and fair price and now gain a loyal customer. Thank you and truly appreciate your business.
