The service department totally knocked it out of park on my first appointment. I had my drivers side mirror damaged by an inattentive driver and my inclination was to call the Howard Bentley Service department to see if they had one in stock. Fortunately for me they had one in stock that they could paint the cap on to be an exact match. When I arrived for the installation it took exactly 9 minutes for them to change the mirror. Needless to say I was blown away and very satisfied.
