I was asked to being in my truck so they could start on it I could have used it on the weekend only to find out it was not touched till Monday or Tuesday cleaned inside for me done a good job outside wash job was awful paint job and fenders looked good match good I will use them again if needed

My only comment is about the employee who totally did not know anything about my case and for 2 days was trying to get my vehicle back in. It took me calling my insurance carrier and having them call to get it straightened out. Once I got the right person, I was in and out in 10 minutes--something the other employee couldn't grasp in 2 days. It was very frustrating. That being said , the body shop is outstanding! Thank you.
