As usual, the service provided by the Hub City Ford Body shop was stellar. From the moment of receipt of my Audi to the delivery of the finished product we were completely satisfied. We were kept informed throughout the process so there were no surprises as to what needed to be done and when we could expect to pick up the vehicle. The body shop also set up the car rental and Enterprise also provided great service.

We do have an error light that wasnt there before, but were told to try a fix and if that didnt work to call them immediately. It's a holiday, so we havent been able to do that. Otherwise absolutely perfect. Friendly people with regular status updates and answered calls quickly. Would highly recommend
