Very polite, I have problems walking, also I have oxygen, they came to the car, to get deductable, It was so niceI didn’t need to do much, they did it for me. Also Mr Bob would let me know what was going on, he sent me some pictures of the wreck car. He said anything I needed to know, he would, I could call..
