My experience trying to book the service was horrible. The sales department were very negletfull, and everytime I had to wait for a call, It was me calling them trying to see the progress of my status.Very dissapointed with Jeep Huntington beach. My service was ecxellent David took care of my problem right awa.

I have to take the car back. Also, I had to pay ~$700 for a windshield because the rental car doesn’t have extra insurance. The process was tedious. I had to take the car to get the quote, wait to get it approved, drop off the car, pick it up and now take it back. The people were nice though.

Insurance claim repair and they didn't do everything that was needed. Then painted a spot for free but got overspray on my fenders that wont come off. Clearcoat overspray all over the windows and other parts of the body. They say it was already like that.
