They did an amazing job surf city collisions did a wonderful job on my car everything is put back brand new it's like the government came in and tapped it with a special magic wand and added features that I never saw before

Front Staff was very rude (Genesis) not very helpful or welcoming. She was not able to find the advisor herself. Staff need to be more friendly and improve on the customer service skills.

I had to leave my jeep after hours on a Sat. They were closed Sun. The 1st 2 calls from my insurance they were told it wasn't there by the same person. My jeep is lg.& hard to miss. It was on the side of their entrance. All someone had to do was get up off their chair & walk outside to see it. It was pretty hard to miss. Yet my insurance was told a 2nd time it wasn't there. Why not go look instead of staring at a computer screen? Then, when I went to sign release papers so it could be towed to my insurance approved center I was charged 2 days storage! Storage for a vehicle they didn't even realize they had! No apologies for the run around either. Not good customer service 😕.
