Repairs were good - communication could be improved as two times I called and they said they would call me right back - but I wouldn't hear from them until I called them back again a few days later....

Maybe if they had to purchase a car but body shop wise I most likely wouldn’t.

They fixed one side of where the window opens when going 65 mph on the freeway but they tightened the window too much and now I can hardly open my door without fear of shattering the window. Also now instead of only hearing it only on the freeway, it happens when I’m driving surface streets. It sounds like the door isn’t closed completely. I washed my car at home and had to dry off the interior of the window due to water coming between the window and “weather seal”

Came in with an appointment set by the Jeep mechanics and they said I had no appointment set so they would have to work on my car in between appointment vehicles.

Not 100% professional... at times it seems like we were being ignored.The Chrysler dodge employees don’t seem to be in the same page , the guy in charge would tell me one thing then the secretary would tell me something different!! I was told my car would be ready no later than Wednesday, next day I call no answer , no return call the second day I called then cosmo told me Friday .. again didn’t happen , the week after i, I called and I was told he’ll call me to tell me when is ready 3 more days passed so I called , he didn’t answer , then at noon the lady at the desk called and told me it was ready ,,... We set up a appointment 2:30 . When I arrived cosmo was not happy that I showed up !! Still I had to wait 1hour and 45 minutes for the car !! I’m sorry to your people but I want happy with this service
