again, Ozzie was great! The facilities, the delivery delays, and the fact that I have to take the car back again is the cause for the lower rating.

Ozzie has been super helpful. When the repairs took longer than expected and went over 30 days, they provided a loan car for me which was really nice since my insurance only covered 30 days for my rental. I do have to bring the car back to repair some things that I think should have been caught before it was delivered back to me (the door is not properly aligned and the door handle is very loose) but Ozzie tells me this will be fixed with no issue and that they can get me another loaner. This is an inconvenience (to have to bring the car back again) but Ozzie has been very very helpful and understanding.

After getting my car turned to me for the fifth time with low gas they said they put gas in it and only put maybe 15 bucks in it. Also something they fix prior is now scratched again from somebody getting in the car and the driver side is all muddy again

I took my Jeep in to have the nuts and bolts that regressed replaced on my doors thankfully it was under warranty. They did a good job doing that however whatever they use the spray got on my windows all four of my windows. I live in Long Beach and it is very much and inconvenience for me to come out there for them to clean my windows. It has a film on it from whatever they sprayed. On the front passenger window you can tell how they started scraping it off but they did not get all of it nor did they get it off the other windows.

There's only one flaws that happened ! and it cost me worth of 10 days of rent a car. My insurance sent the payment 5 days after the initial serviced of the repair. from your billing department should have had sent the right info of your bank. Since you changed bank Oct. 1, 2023. Check needs to be cancel and re-issue because Surf City Collision Center cannot cash the check. so they have to hold my car until they received the new check. Anyway with all that said, I'm giving 10 because Michelle and Junior in the office was very nice and very apologetic it was out of their hands when this things happened. I've been with Chrysler Huntington Beach for 7 years of service of my car. It's the billing Department that has lack diligent in their job.

We’re still working on resolving the issues with the car. It appears the hood was not fixed correctly. Also, they broke the windshield wiper connector. the engine bay was left very dirty a lot of compound was left on the underside of the hood and not removed. The car was not clean when received. Overall, the work looks pretty good underneath the hood. They did remove the corrosion from what I can tell. Unfortunately, I still have corrosion on top of the hood that was not fixed. It was clearly circled on the hood where the corrosion was. This was confirmed by the service writer. I will leave a formal review once all the work is completed. I have an appointment October 17 at 8 AM to drop the car off hopefully all the issues are resolved. I’ve used this shop before and had nothing but positive things to say. When I originally bought the car in 2015, we had paint issues from the factory in the trunk area. These were all resolved. I would just suggest that Mohr care needs to be involved when delivering a repaired vehicle to a customer. The car should be clean and all of the items mentioned above should’ve been addressed.
