Took 50 business days to do a 30 day repair job. Weren't honest with repairs/time line. My car basically got bumped to last priority.

Every time i called or recieved a called from them for an update, i would ask why it was taking so long and why so long after insurance company estimated time alotted, and the only response id get was "its a lot of metal work" week after week after week. Even after manager notification.

The dent to my car was repaired nicely but I didn't expect to have paint all over my driver's side window. The window was also scratched in the process of one of your associates getting it off with a razor blade right in front of me. I was also EXTREMELY dissapointed to find my driver's side power windows and locks to not be functioning when I arrived home only to have to drive all the way out to your establishment to have them correct the mistake they clearly missed in their "Quality Control". I also just noticed you got specks of white primer all over the hood of my car, which I will now have to pay out of my own pocket to get repainted. Will NEVER recommend this place, more like warn people to never go here.
